Frank Cupido
Frank Cupido recently retired from a 35-year career in telecommunications. He held management roles in telecommunications finance and marketing, both for domestic and international markets including the Controller for Northern Telecom Japan based in Tokyo. He has led teams developing wireless networks in Europe, Asia and with each of the major U.S. carriers.
Frank was the Treasurer for the St. Bernard’s School for Exceptional Children in Nashville, TN. He also served as a teacher with the Catholic Charities of Arlington, VA for those seeking to pass the Naturalization test to become U.S. citizens.
Growing up in New Castle, Pennsylvania, Frank attended Culver Military Academy. Following that, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and later an MBA in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
He resides with his wife Nancy, a retired teacher and avid tennis player in Boca Raton. His son Frank and his family reside in the San Francisco Bay area. His daughter Elizabeth and her husband live in Ft Lauderdale.
Frank admires the exceptional child advocacy work done by Speak Up for Kids. He is proud to join the SUFK community and to contribute to its goal to provide a bright future for every needy child in Palm Beach County.
