Real Support for One of Life’s Biggest Transitions
Turning 18 can be exciting, but if you’re in foster care, kinship care, or extended care, it can also feel overwhelming. Maybe everyone assumes you've got it all figured out. Even when you have the right paperwork or a plan in mind, knowing what to do next (and who to trust) isn’t always clear.
The Foster Youth Resource Concierge is one-on-one, personalized support just for youth like you. We’re here to help you figure things out, stay on track, and feel more confident as you take on adulthood. Whether you’re living with a relative, in a foster home, or about to age out, we meet you where you are. No judgment, no pressure, just real help.
What We Help With:
Applying for college, jobs, housing, or benefits
Writing your resume and practicing interviews
Budgeting and managing your money
Understanding things like PESS, tuition waivers, or health insurance
Signing up for driving lessons, training programs, or getting IDs
Encouragement and honest answers when you’re feeling stuck
Getting connected to people, programs, and opportunities
Why It Matters:
On paper, it might look like everything’s handled, but in real life, too many youth are left trying to figure things out alone. You shouldn’t have to. We’ll help you sort through the confusing stuff, set real goals, and keep moving forward, one step at a time. You don’t need to have it all together. We’ll walk through it with you.
Know Someone Who Could Use Support?
Youth can refer themselves, or they can be referred by caregivers, case managers, mentors, or community members. We’re always happy to talk through what support might look like.
