Atlantic Eagles Chapter Raises Awareness with CAP Pinwheel Garden and Flyers

A huge thank you to the Atlantic Eagles chapter of STUDENTS Speak Up for Kids for making a powerful impact through their CAP Pinwheel Garden and awareness campaign.

By setting up a Child Abuse Prevention (CAP) Pinwheel Garden and distributing informational flyers, the chapter reached an estimated 3,000 to 4,000 people on campus, spreading awareness about the importance of child advocacy and protection. The blue pinwheels served as a symbol of hope and resilience, reminding the community that every child deserves a safe and nurturing environment.

Why This Matters

Raising awareness is a crucial step in preventing child abuse. The pinwheel garden and flyers helped start important conversations about child safety, advocacy, and the role each person plays in protecting vulnerable children. By reaching thousands of people, the Atlantic Eagles helped create a more informed and compassionate community.
