STEMinist Snowflakes

The STEMinists from The Spanish River Shark Chapter of STUDENTS Speak Up for Kids hosted a table where kids could paint and decorate snowflakes made out of salt, glue, and paint! They also signed up more girls for their STEMinist project, which is a group project where members from STEMinist club at Spanish River High School meet monthly with young girls to help them learn science, technology, engineering, and math content as well as work on confidence-building skills at the same time. #steminist #fostercare #holidayseason #communityservice #studentspeakupforkids #spanishriversharks #spanishriverhighschool
