Nathea Masse and the Palm Beach Central Broncos Chapter of STUDENTS Speak Up for Kids empowered over 200 children at Storybook Village through their BRAVE-themed booth, where kids designed superhero mask puppets in a creative, hands-on activity that celebrated inner strength, self-expression, and the belief that every child has a hero within.

Led by Isabella Lopez-Merlos, the Royal Palm Beach Wildcats Chapter of STUDENTS Speak Up for Kids launched the joyful "Speak Up During Spring" project, where 35 students contributed 16 hours of service to create chalk art, friendship bracelets, and April Fools’ Day cards that reached over 200 foster youth and more than 50 community members, spreading kindness, inclusion, and encouragement across Palm Beach County.

At this year’s Storybook Village, Nathalie Oquendo and the Kaiser University team partnered with STUDENTS Speak Up for Kids to share the heartwarming message of Have You Filled a Bucket Today?, teaching over 200 young readers about kindness, empathy, and emotional connection through engaging, hands-on activities that inspired both self-worth and compassion.

Led by Cecilia Welter, the Atlantic Eagles Chapter of STUDENTS Speak Up for Kids brought Pete the Cat to life at Storybook Village with a colorful, hands-on slime-making activity that engaged over 200 children, as seven student volunteers turned reading into a fun, sensory adventure that sparked joy, encouraged literacy, and created meaningful moments of connection for youth in the community.

Cooper McCauley and the Boca High Bobcats Chapter of STUDENTS Speak Up for Kids brought joy and community connection to over 200 children at the Storybook Village event through their Pete the Cupcake Cat-themed table, where three student volunteers dedicated four hours to creating a welcoming, imaginative experience that made reading fun and helped every child feel seen and valued.

Ethan Miller and the Oxbridge Thunderwolves Chapter of STUDENTS Speak Up for Kids brought The Hungry Caterpillar to life at Storybook Village, where seven student volunteers welcomed over 200 children to a vibrant, interactive storytelling table that promoted imagination, early literacy, and a sense of belonging through creativity and community connection.
